WeCare tlc makes healthcare innovation part of its mission. Now, the industry leader is putting that to the test with a head-to-head pitch competition.

WeCare tlc has been selected by the Pittsburg Business Group on Health (PBGH) as Summit Finalists to present at the non-profit’s virtual 2023 Spring Innovations Summit on May 24 and 25.

WeCare tlc was given a Silver Award for being selected to present at the Summit. The winner of the Summit will receive a Gold Award and more than $15,000 in PBGH value and support.

PBGH, one of the nation’s leading non-profits dedicated to helping companies provide high-quality, equitable and affordable healthcare for employees, will host the region’s only two, half-day virtual pitch competition aimed at helping startups and other innovators share their healthcare, benefits and wellness solutions with employers.

Raegan Le Douaron, President & CEO of WeCare tlc, will co-present with Lauren Kirschner, Director of Client Services, on the company’s community-based primary care collaboration solutions and innovations in their presentation titled, “WeCare tlc: Making people healthier and companies stronger.”

“We’re honored the Pittsburgh Business Group on Health has selected WeCare tlc for this opportunity,” Le Douaron said. “Lauren and I look forward to sharing our perspective on how we can change the way healthcare is delivered and look forward to learning from our peers about their innovative solutions in the industry.”

Le Douaron and Kirschner will join seven other innovators in giving a 30-minute presentation to a national judging panel of more than 30 employers, coalitions, brokers and community leaders, followed by a 10-minute question-and-answer segment and a feedback summary. Presenters will share their healthcare, benefits and wellness solutions.
