WeCare tlc announces Kristy Bowman as Chief of Clinical Services and Operations

Bowman brings over 20 years’ experience in healthcare


WeCare tlc, a leading provider of onsite and near-site workplace health centers, welcomes Kristy Bowman as its new Chief of Clinical Services and Operations.

Based in Orlando, Bowman has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field in both providing direct patient care as a registered nurse and overseeing the administration of services.

Bowman spent the past 15 years in clinical services operations with an emphasis on improving health center results, implementation of care coordination, and driving out high-quality outcomes while focusing on patient experience and comfort.

As Chief of Clinical Services and Operations, Bowman will oversee the development and successful implementation of clinical protocols and procedures. She’s also responsible for ensuring the clinical areas at all health centers meet WeCare tlc’s patients’ needs as well as state, federal and local regulatory requirements.

Bowman is a graduate of North Arkansas College and continues to further her studies at Jacksonville University.
