We’re proud to play a key role in the Memphis Business Group on Health’s annual conference this year  

As a proud member of the Memphis Business Group on Health (MBGH), we’re excited to announce that we will be an official sponsor at the MBGH 2022 Annual Wellness & Health Benefits Conference.

“Memphis Business Group on Health is a coalition of member employers sharing solutions and providing tools to manage the cost and quality of health benefits in an ever-changing environment,” shares Cristie Upshaw Travis, CEO of MBGH. The group holds the annual conference and other events throughout the year to provide a space for leaders to convene and discuss the issues they’re facing. 

This year, the conference theme is The Great Resignation: The Role of Health Benefits in Recruitment & Retention, which will focus on providing a better understanding of the key strategies and approaches employers can utilize to successfully recruit new employees and retain critical talent amid an extremely high national quit rate. 

After being held virtually the past couple of years, we look forward to connecting with our fellow attendees back in-person at the University of Memphis on August 16 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

In addition to our sponsorship, our very own President and CEO, Raegan Garber Le Douaron, will be speaking on a panel at the conference to discuss how an effective primary care strategy results in affordable benefits—an essential tool to recruit and retain employees.
