| February 5, 2024

An update to our client partners, patients, and the communities we serve

We’re thrilled to share that WeCare tlc is on the path to obtaining the esteemed Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Care (AAAHC). This move underscores our commitment to top-tier healthcare standards, ensuring the highest quality of care and elevating patient safety.

Why is AAAHC accreditation important:

  • This accreditation sets rigorous standards for ambulatory care.
  • WeCare tlc’s pursuit signifies a dedication to excellence and patient well-being.
  • Enhanced level of care and service as we strive for this prestigious accreditation.

This year, our main organizational focus is preparing to submit for all our health centers to be AAAHC accredited. We are excited to gain this accreditation because it will validate the tireless work and dedication your clinical teams are doing daily. It will also ensure that you know we are executing the tenants of a Primary Care Medical Home at the highest level. AAAHC accreditation also earns us a Primary Care Medical Home accreditation.

We chose to invest in this organization so our clients know, without a shadow of a doubt, that your investment in primary care is working at its highest level.

Many of you have been through an accreditation process for relevant areas in your area of influence and understand the undertaking this involves. Because there will be changes at your health center as we move forward with “getting ready to be ready,” we wanted to share more about what AAAHC is and what the accreditation means to you and your health center.

Your entire health center team understands the goal and is engaged in the accreditation process. They are involved at every level because we could not meet our goals without them.
