Meet our Provider Roselyne E. Machen

Roselyne Machen is a Board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner qualified to practice in primary care and psychiatry. Her nursing background includes oncology, hospice, medical-surgical, critical care, and home health. She has a combined 17 years of patient care experience as a clinician.
She holds a family nurse practitioner (FNP) national certification and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) national certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Mental Health Services and Fees

Mental health services encompass diverse supportive and therapeutic interventions designed to address your psychological, emotional, and behavioral well-being. Available from age 12 and up.

Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment

Thorough evaluation of an individual's mental health status, psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and history-taking to understand their unique needs and challenges. Visits are typically 90 minutes.

Therapeutic Interventions

These services encompass a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to address specific mental health concerns. Visits can last 30-60 minutes. 

Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management

The evaluation typically involves a clinical interview, diagnosis, and the development of a treatment plan. Some treatments may include both psychotherapy and medication management. Visits can take 60 minutes or more.

Mental Health Fees

Initial consultations start at $200, with sessions starting at $50. We accept all major credit cards.
